Stage 1: Online Application

Your journey to UWC education starts here! The online application is the first opportunity for you to show us who you are through surveys, short questions, and essays. You can find the details on how to apply on our website.

Stage 2: Interview and Group Activities (Assessment)

Selected candidates who pass Stage 1 will be invited to a series of assessments, which may include interviews and group activities. At this stage, the finalists may also be required to submit more supporting documents. 

Stage 3: Review and Nomination

At this stage, selected finalists will be contacted for further review by UWC Indonesia, before being nominated for placements at UWC schools. 

Selection Timeline for Intake 2025-27: 

• Online Application: 1-30 November 2024
• Assessment Stage: January - February 2025
• Offering and Nomination: March - April 2025
• New Students Orientation: Throughout June-July 2025
• New Students' Departure: August-September 2025
